Building Inspector

We use a third party inspection company to complete inspections. AOKA Engineering Services is the current company used by the City to perform the inspections. In order to schedule an inspection you can access the new online portal or  you may call 979-922-1551 X4 or email [email protected]. Inspections are conducted on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. You must call the business day prior by 3 p.m. to request your inspection. If you have any other questions please call 979-922-1551 x4 and the City Secretary will be happy to assist you. 

NEW ONLINE PORTAL

We are excited to implement our new Online Development Portal. For new users, please start by creating an account. This portal will provide you with real-time status updates, allow you to submit new permitting and inspection requests, and allow for communication from reviewers.
