NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The owner/builder of the property located at 5415 3rd Street, has requested a variance from the Zoning Ordinance to allow for the division of their 7,250 square-foot property into two separate lots. The division would create two lots at 3,625 square feet each which is smaller than the required lot size of 7,250 square feet in “A” Residential District.

The City of Danbury will conduct a public hearing on this variance request on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in council chambers located at 6102 5th Street Danbury, TX. 77534. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments from the public.

Property owners and other interested parties who wish to support or oppose this request may do so in person or in writing. Letters may be emailed to citysecretary@danburytx.gov, delivered to City Hall at 6102 5th Street or mailed to City of Danbury P.O. Box 258 Danbury, TX. 77534.

ALL letters should include the name, signature and address of the individual writing the letter.
